Should I build or fodder WRobin?

His IVs are +Res -HP so its basically a neutral IV but I'm not sure whether it's be better to give someone Brazen Atk/Spd or Armor March, both really good skills that some units might really want, or to build Robin himself who is also really good.

It really depends on how many good units you have. Your robin would be best with a berkut's lance build since he's +res, but if you already have someone like that or a plethora of other good blue units, then definitely give someone you use a lot or that you're merging the brazen atk/spd

A common set ran on Effie is DC with Berkuts Lance+. It makes her more of a mixed tank on enemy phase. Robin is more defensively bulky with less attack so the set can still be ran just fine. Add a fortify buff and you've got 42 resistance when the enemy attacks.

Still a good set for a mixed tank. You just won't be able to counter any ranged units but will still be able to tank mages. Of course it's nice for going against dragons too.

Those are the same IV's as mine! Brazen Atk/Spd is pretty good fodder if you wish to go that route, as well as Tannenboom+, but if you want to you can make an amazing mixed tank with those IV's. With 3 Ward Armors he'll hit 47/48 defensive stats, which are pretty amazing. I went QR to help with really super speedy units, but it's pretty flexible. After Grima, who's on my main team, he's my most used armor.
