Should I build or fodder WRobin?

His IVs are +Res -HP so its basically a neutral IV but I'm not sure whether it's be better to give someone Brazen Atk/Spd or Armor March, both really good skills that some units might really want, or to build Robin himself who is also really good.

Im leaning twords foddr and i have +spd -def. i already have a hardin i never use... Blue units are just so meh, you give any of them swordbreakr moonbow and they do the job 90% so i like some kind of utilitty as well.

Depends on whether or not you could use a Blue Armor or if there is a unit you like, which might desire his Skills.
Considering he's sadly -hp you can't use him with a 175-179 Arena Scoring bin, so if you have good gwen or Effie, I'd just inherit his skills. If you have a Lyn, or an offensive based unit with desperation, that'd be the way to go. If you are using somebody along the lines of Catria or even Finn, they might enjoy having the tannenboom+. It's up to you really, though you shouldn't feel bad sacrificing him, if you have a better replacement :)
