Should i build a +def -spd Saber?

Is this Saber worth building with he new refine? if so what skills should i give since i don't have a spare breath skill

Assume He Have Golden Dagger Refined And Atk/Def Bond Seal

The biggest problem is that Golden dagger will be very hard to use.

Maybe Pavise and shield pulse combo instead of QR?
