Should I Bother?

I pulled this lad here not too long ago, but he’s -Atk +Spd. I was thinking of giving him Fury 3, Atk +3 Seal and maybe Summoner Support to compensate, but is it worth the resources? Should I wait to pull another, much better Owain and use this one as Wrath fodder? Or just go ahead and invest?

Blue Flame is inheritable? Holy shit. Did not know that.

Giving him fury will make him arguably weaker than keeping atk/def bond, at least when it comes to actual attack....he comes with a full and synergistic base skill set. Maybe the best thing to do would be to actually level him up and try what he can do. If you won't like him after that, you can just fodder him for blue flame.

I’m most likely going to like him either way because... I mean, c’mon... this is Owain we’re talking about. It’s crazy that you can inherit Blue Flame though.

It was surprising to say the least. And yeah, Owain's coolness factor will compensate for the slightly unfortunate IV, but even then, his damage output will be ok. When on enemy phase and next to an ally, he will get attacked by an enemy and then retaliate with 50 (45atk + 5 from the bond) + 25 from blue flame + 10 from wrath if it activated and that's before any other possible buffs and skills, which means that he'll be able to just one-shot an enemy, who has 85 physical bulk, which is more than enough to kill most red melee heroes and all green melee heroes that are not using guard-like skills.

Sweet. Thanks for the tips. I’m definitely going to invest into this character a lot as Owain is easily my favorite Awakening character.
