Shiro with Windsweep?

My Shiro is +spd/-res and I was thinking of putting Windsweep 3 along with the phanotom speed seal. Does this seem like a good idea? And if not, what should I put as his B slot?

His speed isn’t the best for denying follow ups. His best b slot is probably quick riposte

Usually just about every Shiro wants a defensive build. Most of his base kit is already great for him, his B slot is normally best suited for either Vantage or Quick Riposte.

Windsweep is made to avoid physical damage. Shiro is a character specialized in tanking physical damage. He doesn't really need to avoid it anyway. I think it's best to focus on his great defensive abilities and give him QR or a breaker skill.

Mines +spd -def i use his base kit with renewal and QR3 seal
