Shigure and new banner advices

Okay, I spent around 65 spheres on the new wings of fate banner and I found three 5 stars units, two of them aren't focus but I also found Shigure in like 25 spheres, what do I do? I really want Kana because I don't have worthy dragons right now btw I also want to keep my spheres for the next legendary banner, is it worthy to spend other spheres or I better stop? Also my Shigure is +spd/-res should I build him?
