Sheena blessing

Just finished sorting a +10 Sheena. I was wondering which blessing to give her.
I have: Fjorm (neutral), L!Ryoma (-spd +res), L!Ike (neutral), L!Robin(-hp +res also +4), Gunnthrá (-def +res), L!Lucina (-hp +res), L!Hector (-def +atk), and L!Ephraim (-def +hp).
Based on these heroes, which blessing would be best for my Sheena? Thanks for reading! :)
