Is she worth it?

Seeing as how her defense isn't very good anyway I don't see how those IVs would affect a build for her. Sure it's not as good as it could be, but it's still good, so build her as you would with whatever IVs you'd prefer, if you want specific builds just check her page for a build you like and alter it how you see fit.

Those IVs are obviously not optimal, but I wouldn't say they're that bad... I would definitely use her as she is. Just use any standard build and everything should be fine
