remember when Sharena was considered the best of the Askr trio?
I mean all 3 of them are bad but I can't think of any good build that would work well or be worth investing in on Sharena other then a TA build. Alfonse you build his defences, Anna you build spd and or res, but Sharena doesn't have to much. Her defense is ok and her speed is below average for arena. I've tried a few different builds but none of them seemed to great due to her spd not hitting 40 or her defense not raising to a good amount without focusing on it more than spd.

Use her for debuffing. Her lance already comes with Threaten Atk, so give her Threaten Def and Threaten Spd, and give your allies an easier time.

I agree, I think sharena wants to be team support. She is certainly capable of fighting, but I think most of the time she would rather provide Buffs and debuffs, maybe drive skills to leverage the work her fensalir is already doing. She could run attack tactics three in the C slot and defense tactics 3 in the S slot as long as you don't run the whole askr Trio together.

reposition or a dual rally would not be bad on her. Probably best to build her for enemy phase so that she can still score some kills or at least damage while simultaneously controlling the field.

That said , I put sword breaker 3 on mine and she makes quick work of Aira and Karla in Arena assault. Uncomplicated and it works just fine.
