Shanna weapon refine

I have a +atk -hp Shanna and I don't know if I should refine her new weapon with the Wo Dao effect or just a spd refine to bump her up to 38 spd

give her wo dao.
+10 flat dmg is very powerful.

It costs Divine Dew, I'd refine for Wo Dao.

It's actually Wo Dao + Killer effect, so -1 charge + 10 damage on special.

The Wo Dao effect is way too good to pass up, her speed is fine as is, better if you have access to flier buffs
