High akt is pretty good, her Atk goes up to 47 with the Slaying Lance+. Minus Hp means that she looses 4 points but gets 5 back with the refinery so her Hp is atleast 36.
The great thing about Shanna is, that she comes with pretty good native Skills. She already has Desperation, threaten speed and iceberg.
Several builds could be interesting. If you want to use iceberg then a +res refinery along with a fortify flier buff would be good. 39 res is 19 additonal damage which gets activated every time as long as she doubles.
Her spd would be 41 wit the hone cavalry buff, maybe you also have goad flier in your team then you can even have 45 spd which should be enough.
53 atk wit hone flier and 57 with goad flier additonally. Those are good values.
Since you got her with high atk, you could also go full throttle with life and death. Her Def would be 20 which is barely ok, Life and Death is to be taken literally with her 36 hp, but thats nothing a fortify flier cannot fix.
Her atk and spd is very interesting then. 52 atk and 43 spd wit spd refinery would be the stats without any buffs. One hone Flier would be enough to get her 58 atk and 49 spd, 62 atk and 53 spd would be the case with goat flier as an additon.
So, my personal recommention is, go all for atk and spd with life and death. I mean, 53 spd, who should ever double you with that? You can even use her desperation once she is weakened. You only have to be careful to at least survive the first blow, so i advise to always let her have a fortify flier buff. The Special could be something like Glimmer, Moonbow if you want to use it in Desperation Mode, or Draconic Aura for the first encounter.
You can also try out something new with Miracle, beceause of her high spd, she doesnt get doubled and one hit saves you with miracle and gives you a higher bst.
