Shall I put Aether on Ephraim?

I just pulled a +ATK, -HP Ephraim on the Legendary Banner and I was thinking of running a somewhat budget skill set. Basically all of his skills, plus Reposition and Aether with Heavy Blade SS. I have a spare Ike lying around and thought I might save him for such an occasion.
