SF Nino Boon/Bane

I have two SF Ninos and one is -Hp +Def, the other is -Atk, +Spd I know it seems obvious but I don’t want to screw it up

I would go with +Def-Hp.

Though the +Spd-Atk one with Giga Excalibur and Swift Sparrow could be better. Just because those two things can make up for the -Atk. Or just use a Atk+3 Seal.
