Setting Up Armor C Slots

Generally what's the most optimal way to do this? It's more clear-cut with other movement types, but Armor March throws a wrench into that.

If you are not using Armor March and have a full team of armors, I would generally recommend the use of Goad and Ward over Hone and Fortify. Stacking Ward can work wonders in many armored compositions.

Pretty much. I tend to either go 2 March/2 Hone or all Ward(Amelia usually beats out my Hector and so Goad is kinda out for me).

Yup, that would be my normal thought. But that might just be my playstyle. I tend to rush my armors in when I have armor march so having hones to secure K.O.s is just so valuable. Meanwhile if you are not running march you are going to be waiting for them to come to you. And while armors are normally pretty resistant to Panic Ploy there are plenty of ways to panic armors, particularly when the armors can't move very far very quickly. So ward is better than fort I'd say.
