Seth: Slaying or Safeguard?

Hello, today I got a pitybreaker Lene with bad IVs (+HP, -res), not bad but not perfect.

I would like to fodde her Safeguard, since lot of heroes can use this weapon very good. One of them is my actual +10 Seth, who uses Slaying Edge +Spd.
Should I try to use Safeguard, since he will get a boon on defense when he is attacked. I feel like Slaying edge is not that good on him. I play him with Fury 3 so he already reaches a good Spd, Ata and Def. With Safeguard he would get very high defense when he is attacked.

What OTHER HEROES are good with this weapon?

He's one of the best units for safeguard. Stacking up defence really works well for him. You can even pick a speed refine for it to make him allround

In all honesty, you should really do Seth. But since you asked for other heroes, I believe that Hinata and Severa would also work well with it because of their easy accessibility in the 4&3 star pools and similar defense stat (Seth is still better though)
