Serra, Lucius or Maria?

Who is the best PvE and Arena unit out of all three? Thanks!

Depents.
Overall I like Lucius a lot, he clearly just dumps def for amazing res and good atk. His speed isn't too high though.

Serra is very much like Lucius but less min-maxed.
She can survive one physical hit a bit better though.

Maria probably is the best if you don't want em to fight with a wrathful effect. At neutral she has just enough bulk to take an arrow, still has good res, and her speed especially is a good deal better than the other two.
But her atk is pretty poor.

There are other options though, why only these 3?

Yeah, in that case those might be the best.

There's the other trio (Azama, Wrys and Sakura) Who are more the tanky healers. I have a liking for em.

One other that's kinda neat is Priscilla. But she shines more in PvE horse teams, not arena

Edit: For the razzle dazzle you might want to pick Lucius, given that he has better offence than Serra and Maria lacks the attack.
You might wanna get atk/spd bond or push on him.
(push is better but rare, it does combo very well with martyr+)

An wrathful staff user might not be ideal for arena, since you'll be missing out on the A slot stats you will need.

Lucius is, objectively speaking, the best, seeing as with a perfect IV set he can reach a net 65 offensive stats (Atk/Spd) before any skills. This is better than Maria’s net 64 and Serra’s net 64

Having as bad of def as Lucius is not an advantage, so I think Serra and Maria are better options, and between them Maria's faster so I prefer her.
