A long time dream of mine has been to make an amazing Selena and I now have the chance. I just pulled another B!Ike with terrible ivs, and I've been saving up a Saber and Nephenee. Should I go for the optimal build or spread out those powerful fodder skills to more useful heroes? If so, which ones should get what? Thanks!
Its up to you, If you love Selena and want to build her, than build her. You spent this much time getting the units to do it, than why not?
I know the most proud I have been in heroes is when I put everything into a single unit and make a monster.

Personally I like Wo Dao the best, together with Steady breath and Wrath.
If anything she can counter attacks her, she will most likely double them which means she will trigger a powerful Ignis and kill pretty much everything. However for some PvE content, and to boost score in arena, I will use Aether. Since Aether has 1 more cooldown she will not trigger it on every counter attack. But with slaying you can get the same interaction as with Wo Dao + Ignis.
