@Seeker So after trying to decide between building Quan or S!Kagero

I've decided that I'll wait until I get the blessing from the current TT then just give both a blessing and building them at that point. Thanks for helping with input! Now I'll have to decide how I want to build them.

Ok, glad you were able to make a decision. I didn't think of saying it at the time, but you could just proceed without a blessing. About half the units I use have no blessing.
