Second Inigo, which do I keep?

My first Inigo as -Spd/+Def. The +Def is generally useless, because it doesn't really impact his matchups.

The second Inigo is +Atk/-Res. -Res was the kiss of death on him as Quickbow Rein can overcome it... I say was, as the Deflect Magic seal just made that IV usable again.

So which do I keep? I am going to merge them btw as there's nothing worth foddering Inigo for and he's supremely useful.

I think +Def is nice for giving him the potential to tank multiple hits from Bows and Daggers rather than improving initial match-ups. But at the same time, I also think -Def is his best bane.

I actually have a +HP/-Res Inigo and he does fine for the majority of the time, but since yours isn’t +HP, you’ll lose out a few match-ups on the bait if you decide to run a Buff Seal instead of an offensive Seal. But the +Atk is very nice.

All in all, if it were my decision to make, I would pick +Atk/-Res. Since he usually can’t tank more than one engagement from a blue mage, on top of the fact that I find speed to be very important on a unit with low defensive stats like Inigo, and your ability to easily patch up his bane either through Seals or Defensive Tiles makes having +Atk/-Res more useful than +Def/-Spd IMO.

I would kill for the +def -spd one. Mine is +res -def, and he has a real hard time with Bowlyns. +atk is cool, but -res is gonna make it harder for him to deal with Rein's unless you want to give him the Deflect Magic or Distant Defense Seal

I would like to respectfully disagree with the first statement.
Mulagir Lyn with 60-61 attack hits a -Def Raven!TA Inigo for 17-18 damage and can’t double due to Bowbreaker. Brave Bow Lyn with 53-54 attack would hit Inigo for 13 x 2 = 26 damage and can’t quad due to Bowbreaker, even if she has QP!Moonbow, that’s only 5-6 extra damage which is definitely not enough.

I would honestly treat Inigo the exact same way as Azura or any other dancer, and not get sidetracked by the fact he runs Raven!TA.
Although there is one thing I agree +Def/-Spd does better, and that’s specifically baiting Reinhardt, Brave Lyn and Bow users.

Your experience in both posts has generally matched mine. Inigo is basically a "one shot and done" baiter no matter what build you use. Bowlyn leaves him at half health most of the time +Def or not, meaning he can't afford to bait almost any Arena blue mage save like... Robin, who does no damage to him anyway due to always running his own TA/Raven set.

So +Atk +1 Inigo if he were to get a Hone Attack buff is within OHKO range of Linde, Olwen, and Delthea, though Mae is pushing it. The +Def version can't without blue tomebreaker, and you can't afford to run B. Tomebreaker on him because he absolutely needs two hits to kill Lyn and can't afford to get quad hit by BB Lyn.

I'm still pulling on this banner to try to get Axura, so I can sit on both for the moment. You can see why I'm torn though.
