Second Half November and First Half December Roadmap

Finally, no more being left in the dark! So many exciting events that awaits us! And it seems majority of the contents are set to start off on November 28, 2017 (and hey, it's also my sister's birthday).

So that settles it. Weapon Refinery is expected to go live on November 28. Only 11 more days, folks.
