Probably one of the Stances, like Darting Stance?

Pass seems like something they will make as a lower rewards seal so that's quite likely.

I like it, especially since things are getting so fast nowadays. The issue with flashing blade has been that it hogs your A-slot, and it becomes really hard to activate when your A-skill isn't boosting your spd.

Blade mages especially might love it. Covers the cooldown penalty on the tome.

This will also give us a way to punish spd-dumping armours.

I like it that they put dual skill boosts in there now.
Those are the best if you don't want to have to switch seals all the time, Hp/res+2 is going to be nice on some res tanks.
