Seals

There will most likely be a seals event every month, so you'll surely catch up. The seals introduced today are quite useful as well and you're definitely not at a disadvantage for missing the older ones. Also, you just got unlucky, it happens to everyone in these types of games, you can't do anything about it (except for starting all over again). You should be almost at 5% for a focus 5* and for 5* in general, so you should have a decent chance for getting at least one in you next summoning.

seeing they have the +HP seal again, I will assume they will always put one old seal.

They'll be back soon enough. Also it was at least 6 summons before I ever got a 5 star. You could start over, or just wait. It happens eventually.
