Seal to upgrade

My Sacred coins count is just going up and i don't know what to upgrade, fortunately the current TT has all 3 seals that are worth upgrading but i still have so many coins to spend.
I created every seal exept Deflect Melee which is the most useless one, and exept for the squad Aces these are my current seal that i can upgrade

Resistance+1
Obstruct 1
Poison Strike 1
Live to serve 2
Seal atk 1
Seal spd 1
Flier formation 2
Blaze dance 1
Earth dance 1
Breath of life 2
Spur atk 1
Spur spd 1
Spur def 1
Spur res 1
Fortify def 1
Fortify res 1
Threaten atk 1
Threaten spd 1
Threaten def 1
Guidance 2
Phantom spd 1
Hardy bearing 1

I think there is no need to upgrade threatens, seals,obstruct and dance skills as they are not that great, those at lv2 are those that i consider usefull if upgraded once.
I'm considering upgrading all the spurs exept spur spd which is the least usefull one

Guidance has been an incredible seal for my mixed team, and if you have a good Flier team, then Flier Formation seal would also be a good choice. Of course it is up to personal preference, but these would be my personal picks.

I know they are good but I don't use fliers that much, and I feel like I won't gain that much from upgrading them from lv2 to 3.
I think like I should give higher priority to the spur seals as they only fliers I'm using at the moment is Flyzura when I train other units

Well the only unit I use Guidance for (currently) is Flying Azura, and that alone has been a boon for my team, but again, it is up to personal preference. Spur Seals are good to work with too.

If you plan to build any unit with AoE special, hardy bearing is useful. And phantom spd, if you use windsweep/watersweep.

i don't have anyone using Windsweep/Watersweep and noone using AoEs
