Seal atk 3 for +atk/-def Tana??

I have +hp/-def Tana and i love hit and run on her. Pairs well with guidance to let a friend jump in and finish hard to kill enemies.

Desperation is the skill she most wants, and Shanna isn't exactly the hardest to get. Trust me, I made this choice while feeling a little bad, because I kind of like her.

Seals are very unpopular because they favor a slower kind of pace. For you to make more use of it, you're sacrificing effeciency in the way of killing an enemy. I would say you could give her Hit n' Run, but they take up the same slot. If she's attacking, she's also taking the hit anyway, unless you run her only as a "counterkill" enemy phase type (which severely limits her potential).

+Atk is one of the best she could hope for, probably after +Spd. With Fury, you can get her to 39, then 40 Spd with a +1 Spd Seal. Another option you could run if you don't want to sacrifice a Shanna is Swordbreaker or QR/Vantage.

In the end, Desperation is just really good for her and anyone with around 40 Spd and upwards.
