Scattered Fangs Demotion?

Hey guys,
I was thinking about this FE7 banner and I’ve got a question. With each banner (apart from Fallen Heroes), one of the units has been demoted to the 4-5 pool. What do you guys think will happen for this one? Personally, I think Legault will drop because
1) he has an inheritable weapon, which has been the trend for demotions (unless you’re Ares)
2) that would make another Tactic user available at 4 star, similar to L’Arachel
3) I feel like IS wants to keep Swift Sparrow and flying mages 5 star locked
What do you guys think?

I hope it's Karla although I won't be shocked if she doesn't. I just really want her daughter Fir to finally have Wrath since Fir is my main merge project. I do have a Nephenee but she's +atk/-res and I'm super reluctant to fodder her off as Nephenee is my favorite infantry lance wielder in the series.

Yeah, it’s most likely legault. Karla has swift sparrow and wrath, while nino is a flying mage.

Karla doesn't have Swift Sparrow, Nino is the one that got Swift Sparrow. But Karla having Wrath and Even Spd Wave still makes her unlikely much to my dismay. I just want to give my Fir Wrath.

Legault most likely. Unless they pull an Ares and decide to drop one of the other two down to 4*, then it would probably be Karla, not Nino. It's possible but I don't see them demoting Nino as of now
