SB Priority List

If i'm lucky, I'll have 3 breath fodders(i'm at 2 now) aaaand i'm curious who I should prioritize giving it to since none of my arena core right now can use it
Candidates are
-HP +Atk Nowi (no merges, but I have 3 extra and 60k feathers so who knows)
-HP +Def A!Tiki (6 3 stars, but soooo many feathers and shards)
-Atk Zelgius
BK
Fae (not sure of IVs, has LB with def refine though)
-Spd +Hp MGrima, has Atk/def bond rn
Any unit in the 3-4star pool I probably have, those are just the stand outs, typically I'd give premium skills to core first, but my core is reinhardt, lyn, camilla and Olivia with tactics... just curious who could use it best, and who I should prioritize
