I’ve deciced to make my own. I couldn’t find a better C-skill, that’s for your own imagination, her sword: Amatsu is basically another DC sword.

Another DC weapon is not a good idea.

No one uses Astra and no heroes comes with all the skills(remove BoL and Pivot).

Some units do come with full passives (Micaiah, Eirika!SM, etc.) But he would have to drop either assist or special. Amatsu doesn't have to be DC (looks at Binding Blade Q_Q) and Astra can be good with Accelerated Cd/CD Charge is fast and has high Atk.

Perhaps Amatsu could be a sword with built in death blow and an acceleration (Like a Killing Edge mixed with Yato.)
