Saving Orbs

This isn’t going to be easy, but I’m setting a goal to save 1000 F2P orbs. Think the most I ever saved was around 350. What’s the most you have saved? Judging by how many orbs we have been getting each month, this should take a little over 3 months. Hopefully the x-mas/NY banners are extra spicy

The most I've save was about 150, but I'm planning on saving until my favorites are introduced (Ross, Owain, Cormag,or even Bantu).

I have about 130 orbs right now. X_x'

It’s going to be sooo hard, I have those tendencies too lol I’m just coming off of burning 300 or so on the last couple banners, afterwords every 5 orbs I got I would summon haha

I'm at my record between 630 and 640 right now, but I probably won't pass 750 because I'm probably going for Lewyn and this banner's only going to be around for 2 weeks.

If hero fest doesn't drop soon though I'm probably going to save quite a bit, and I have in mind to see if I can save 1000-1200 for second anniversary.

Damn, that’s pretty good! Takes a lot of patience and self control but it’s great to set big goals to get exactly what you want (hopefully). Seems like the number of orbs to potentially get a +10 keeps increasing slowly, at least from what I’ve seen with other people on YouTube and such

I'm not sure why that would be the case unless you count having a harder time getting that unit off-focus, which is...really quite negligible. The appearance rate for your desired unit on a 3%/3% banner with three focus unit is always 1 in 100 stones with average variance. Doesn't matter how much they bloat the pools.

I've been able to save just by being passive and really picky about getting good offers for my orbs and sitting on the orb budget I made for the next six months (and shared in a topic, actually, if you want you can dig it up via my profile). Helps that my parents really knew how to try to squeeze every last drop out of the money they had and I picked it up from them.

Around 100 orbs and that was when I first started the game. Now I usually top 30 orbs and get tempted on banners every so often.

New shiny units and their fancy skills are hard to pass up. Wish I could have at least one copy of each hero but that’s never gonna happen :(

Yup. 😂 I told myself to save for the new units but Myrrh on the Fury banner baited me good.

Most I had saved was 650 and it was during my 2nd-3rd month into the game. It's honestly been getting hard to save more lol.

650 is a pretty big chunk to save, it definitely gets harder. Especially when you already completed all the maps for F2P orbs. Waiting for the next round of events isn’t easy

i'm at 404 most i've ever saved but lewyn is one of my favorites i was saving up for so i'm going all in.

I hope you're able to make your goal come true! Trust me, it gets easier the higher your orb count goes. I managed to save up to about 1200+ orbs. Used all of them to plus 10 Ephraim. Back to saving now so I can plus 10 Owain when he comes out. Good luck to all of us that are saving!

Thank you! And just for some more encouragement FEH usually gives 200-300 orbs every month as long as you do all the events you can. Just try your best to resist spending (I know it can be so hard on free summons...) those orbs start raking in fast! Just as an example, I'm already at 140 orbs from when the Brave banner came out ^_^

The highest i reached was 390 plus, but i would never go anything beyond that as i am going for legendary banner only so it will gone by the end of the month or early of next month. But that was a time where orbs were given for compensation for glitches and commeration of a new event

Was definitely a good time to stack up orbs, I burned through this quick and didn’t get lucky at all from what I remember. I want to unload my saved orbs on a legendary banner also, thinkin that’s the way to go (even though my luck has been pretty hit or miss during these banners but hey, that’s the gambling aspect right?)

I know that we get around 300 orbs per month, but it takes some serious dedication to save up so many orbs. Props to everyone that does so!

As for me, I just pull whenever I feel like it. There aren't any particular units that I waiting for to be added into the game, so I don't care too much about saving. I just enjoy pulling for units and seeing what I get, kinda like when I still bought Yu-Gi-Oh! packs when I was younger and aimed for the higher rarity cards--I didn't really care what I got and wasn't bummed out if I didn't get what I really wanted (except maybe the one time I got +Res / -HP Luke, but only him).

Though, I think the most I went on without summoning for is about 150 orbs, I want to say.

I’ve pretty much been doing just that, here and there whenever something I like pops up. There’s a couple un-released units on my want list but I’m pretty content with where I’m at in the game right now. Need feathers more than anything for merges/fodder so that will keep me occupied while I save. I’m close to finishing a couple units like Brave Lyn and Legendary Robin so I wouldn’t mind completing them, but who knows what might come over the next few months-year from now? Guess I’d really like to have one +10 Legendary for each season, would be sweet for Arena/Arena Assault scoring

well i had 320 orbs yesterday, and its the most ive had ever probably.

but theyre gone now cuz they put horse chrom on a banner (big mistake summoning on that one, damn u eldigan) at least i stopped when i had 90 orbs left ;w;
