Save orbs or pulling?

Well tomorrow the legendary banner will finish and maybe its time to save orbs for the Tana & Innes incoming banner.

You have to know something about me: I focus every character from FE8. Already have all of them but Amelia (this bad girl...)
I focus all my orbs, feathers and skills on making every character from this game unstoppable. For example, my mergue projects are Eirika (+7) and Seth (+6). I should be the only person who is merguing Seth... he is not that bad. Others are Lyon, L'Arachel, Valter and Joshua (Marisa will have to wait a bit).

I already have Tana and Innes. My Innes has bad IVS (-RES) even when he is built with Ata/Res Bond. My Tana is +Def and I think she is pretty ok.
The problem is Nina has a really desired skill for my Seth (Res/Spd Link 3) whihch works with my Eirika's Ata/Def Link 3. The Nina banner is already at 3,5 rate.

So, what would you do:

OPTION A: Save orbs and try to get some mergues for Innes and Tana.

OPTION B: Try to get that precious skill for Seth. I dunno when will be abailable again...

I have 0 orbs right now (legendary banners, you know)

I say you go for option C and wish for a new sacred stone banner soon. I am still waiting.

The probability of obtaining Nina using 0 orbs starting at 3.5% is 0. :<

Ironically, the probability of getting Innes or Tana using 0 orbs is somewhere between 2% and 4%.

But even with the 3.5%, you're more likely to pull a copy of Innes or Tana than you are to get Nina. The thing is that adding the bond will do so much more than one merge on Innes or Tana.

How do you figure? Is there an upcoming Tana/Innes banner?

EDIT: I'm a dope. Figured it out.

Yes I need to summon one Innes with better IVS (at least non -Res).
And maybe I should just wait until the new effect of their weapons come and then just decide if pulling for more mergues for the FE8 characters or for Spd/Res Link for my Seth.

I'd save orbs If it were me. If you are free-to-play I'd just keep this in mind: you get what the RNG gives you, as a F2P you don't have the liberty of picking up highly desirable skills whenever the opportunity presents itself. Pulling now will likely result in disappointment.

I think what you should do, and what I usually do, is to prioritize. Between Tana, Innes and Seth, which is your top priority? If you like Tana/Innes more than Seth, then go option A. If you like Seth better than Tana/Innes, go option B. I don't know which skill you are referring to but there are lots of other skills that aren't as rare, but quite good, that you can use for the time being for Seth, if you like Tana/Innes more.
If you're willing to purchase orbs, then you could probably try for that rare skill but keep in mind that RNG could swing either way.

Innes is one of my favorite characters in the series for his design and honestly i'm pretty excited for his weapon refine. It's a shame his weapon design is so basic but i'll take it.
I think you should save orbs for Innes and Tana. They are 5* locked and hard to pull off focus, I've been playing for a year and haven't pulled an innes/tana yet.
Waiting for Gerik and Cormag and tethys to come into the game!
Seth should be fine skill wise for now with Cav buffs+other skills/weapon boosts!

Definitely save. We have October’s special units (which i’m hoping but not hoping are Magvel) and then the Legendary Hero for October (who i’m hoping but not hoping it’s Eirika)

I want more Magvel love but i’m broke so i’d rather if they didn’t
