Sanaki build/team?

I asked a question earlier about giving L!Lucina's Swift Sparrow to Sanaki and probably not going to do that after the replies, but what about a Sanaki with Seal Atk and Atk Smoke? I've gotten her speed to be decent, but her defense is 10 and she's level 27. I really don't want to put fury on her because of the HP drop, and I was planning on giving her Black Knight's Defensive Stance, I already have one and don't really care about merging, so I was just going to fodder the one I get from Tempest Trials. I really want to make Sanaki work, because she's my only five star red mage. (I have 1 red, 1 blue, and 4 green) I was planning on putting her on a team with Summer Camilla with Res Ploy, Maribelle with Wrathful Pain+, Speed +3, Dazzling Staff, Savage Blow 3 in both C and S slots. And probably Spring Flower Nino if I can get her ever since Sanaki's weapon refine utilizes flying units, or LA Lilina with Calvary boosting skills to help Maribelle. Opinions?

Seal Atk is decent, but IMO there are better B skills like Chills or Breakers. Also, I don't think you should give Sanaki Steady Stance when her defense is already too low to be salvaged. If you're still waiting for a Zelgius, BK is a budget option as well.
But then again, Bond skills are good choices for an A skill.

For Sanaki:
I can't remember the IV'sbut they weren't neutral and they were "good" by gamepress' page they had for her (+ where there was supposed to be +/ - where there was supposed to be -)
I'm still working on her build, so far it's just Cymbeline/nothing in A slot/Seal Atk 3/Threaten Atk 1(I confused it with Atk smoke, currently trying to pull for a Kaze)
For Summer Camilla:
I also forgot the IVs for this one but I remember being like oh well she's my only 5* blue tome. And I haven't done anything with the skills yet, I'm currently focusing on Maribelle and Sanaki (I call her Snacki, but not because I think she's a snack, that's gross)
LA Lilina: same as Summer Camilla, but IV's weren't upsetting
Spring Flower Nino: Yet to be summoned
Maribelle:
This one I'm proud of, neutral IV's with Wrathful Pain+,Dazzling Staff, Savage Blow on C and S (collecting colorless badges for the final forging) and Spd +3 in A slot, but I might switch it out for Spd/Def +2 if I can summon Tana.

What kind of role you want her to have, her def isn't something you want to build towards.

If she is +spd like mine I can show you my build.

If she is +atk or res I would either use deathblow, mirrowstrike or atk/res bond

My b skill would be swordbreaker and I would use res ploy

Several points that I think everybody will agree with:
- If she's your only 5* red mage, you're making a good decision putting her to work.
- If you pull a 5* unit, check their IVs. From their lv1 stats it is possible to know their lv40 stats.
- Steady stance is not what you do with Sanaki except in some extremely funky builds. You will get a lot more effectiveness out of her just blasting stuff to bits in a single hit (or depending on the build, possibly two)
- Seal atk is a poor try on her, and she can use other B-skills which are likely to do a lot more for her and for the team. You can use swordbreaker, axebreaker (probably overkill since most axes have low res and Sanaki already gets +20% atk for weapon triangle advantage), R tomebreaker, G tomebreaker, quick riposte (due to her good res), chill res, some other chill to support the team, wings of mercy on arena defense (or possibly even when you're playing her yourself), desperation if you're using one of her spd builds, and probably other options I'm not thinking of.

Now, the rest, most people will agree that there are multiple ways to do. If you're ok with locking her into this team, you have the team composition to use tactic buffs regardless of who fills the fourth slot. You have Sanaki (infantry), Maribelle (cavalry), and SS Camilla (flier), so any movement type is acceptable for the fourth teammate. I would suggest a solid DC tank with a lot of def because nobody else in the team has enough to want to be taking hits to their def. If you want to deal with B.Lyn, I suggest a manakete unless you want to put bowbreaker on Sanaki, but even then it's quite risky because Sanaki will not survive if B.Lyn initiates with a brave bow and you're never going to outmaneuver that cavalière. Your candidates are therefore Fae, M.Grima, and F.Kana. M.Grima requires the least investment because he comes with DC and venegeful fighter. If you don't care about B.Lyn, then I recommend an axe because nobody else on your team targets def. Your candidates are therefore any green armour (except H.Henry), Hawkeye, Dorcas, Bartre, Libra, and possibly others. The lowest investment units are Hector and Dorcas, who come with DC. (Original Hector also comes with QR on his weapon.) If mobility becomes an issue, you can use armoured boots or the guidance seal.

Here's how I would set it up:
Atk tactic: you might have to do without if Maribelle is stacking savage blows. I don't think you will have enough C-slots.
Spd tactic on your tank if he's slow (most of the axes are; M.Grima and Fae may or may not be depending on the build; F.Kana is not slow.)
Def tactic on either mage (not SS Camilla if she's using a blade tome or guidance seal)
Res tactic probably on SS Camilla, because Sanaki probably wants to receive it and Camilla's expecting to focus on offense.

I have Christmas Lissa (Chrismissa) with +Atk/-HP IV and Grani's Sheild, Bold Fighter, Threaten Def 2, Swap (probably gonna switch that out for Pivot for better mobility on a non armor march team) and Sol and Handbell+

Report

If Lissa can get DC and QR seal, she'll be perfect for rounding out the team. Refine her weapon either for spd if Sanaki is using spd tactic, or for def. Def is probably the better bet for PvE because it'll help her bonfire unless her opponent is slow and those guys have so much HP. (spd probably grants more survivability because you take less hits, but you might be better off just taking less damage when you do get hit and taking a few more ORKOs because enemies can be so many.) I forgot to consider putting spd tactic on Sanaki. If you're using her as a slow mage (high atk, high res, low def, 28-ish spd) it's fine to put the spd tactic on her unless you want to push her spd into the 30s to double slow tanks.
