Salvaging bad IV's

Being the unlucky lucky person, i have pulled both Summer Cordelia and Summer Noire, but tragically, they're both -atk +hp. to try to work around Noire's bane, i've given her Brazen Atk/Spd, but im not sure how to approach the rest of the build. thanks in advance.

noire can take advantage of the hp boon if you gave her a tank build and summer cordelia can take advantage of a firesweep build even with the atk bane

That's a great start. An atk refine really doesn't give you much, so maybe a spd refine? Her attack is very respectable when the brazen is active, but I would probably like atk+3 for a seal. spd+3 makes sense too. Brazen also works really well with desperation, so I would probably go for that. Then you take your choice of moonbow or bonfire.

Ngl, but Noire seems better as a unit to kill for Infantry Rush rather than try to work with her. She's just an average infantry archer besides from being fast. As for Cordelia, you could still run a good enough Firesweep Lance set with LnD. Hone cav buffs will help her out even more. 29 + 5 + 15 + 6 ends up being 55 which isn't too bad. Except it might be just better to use other cavalry lancers who you can easily summon and merge.

A you can always attack refine their weapons if needed, giving them Slaying bow and Lance and moonbow can help them more consistently poke holes into things
