Salvaging a -ATK/+RES Ayra

So, I got this Ayra months ago but never used her because of the IVs and also since I have so many good red units already. Recently though, I'm thinking of getting her off the bench, but idk if those IVs are worth it. She'll still deal big damage with Regnal Astra but she already has low ATK to begin with :/

Should I bother or just wait if I ever get lucky and pull another Ayra to merge in the future?
