So I recently pulled an Ophelia who happens to be +Res -Atk. And even though I have, like, 9 other blue mages who fulfill the same role as she does (sometimes even better), like Linde and Delthea for instance, I'd really like to use her.
Do you have any suggestions on how I could be able to salvage her? I have some spare Swift Sparrow fodder and an Ishtar with bad IVs unfortunately. I also have LnD fodder but it would be a waste of the Res boon, imo. I don't have any Fury fodder and I won't be summoning for a while.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Well if you aren't summoning any time soon, LnD is really your best option imo, even with +Res it's still not really a lot of Res she has, and Attack is pretty much her signature stat. Not like LnD really improves her that much though, since she already gets 4 Atk from her basic Sturdy Blow. Imo you can just keep and use her as she is. If you really want to make the most out of her, you would have to sacrifice a Lewyn to give her Special Spiral imo.
If you want to use her with an attack bane then I think that you must abuse her tome's turn 1 effect + buff her attack from external sources.
So maybe pair her up with another mage, who has odd atk wave, so that they can buff her atk and also give her that one cooldown reduction on turn 1. Lewyn comes to mind immediatelly as a good pairing for this, but a lot of other mages will definitely work as well. Combine that with a one other mage in the team, and her aoe special will be ready and it will do a lot of damage when she's buffed by 6 more attack. By then, she will have already been more than useful.
