Salvagable?

So, pulled a Katarina and a Bride Charlotte this morning, but, unfortunately, their IVs leave a lot to be desired.

Katarina: +HP, - Atk
Bride Charlotte: +Res, -HP

Does anyone have any build ideas to make up for their less then ideal IVs or are they a lost cause?

Katarina can be foddered off for her Raudrowl+ or Swift Sparrow.

Bride Charlotte can be a decent mixed tank if you refine her First Bite+. Otherwise, you can fodder that off to someone who can make use of it better.

In terms of IV's... they are definitely left to be desired. It's up to you what you want to do with them.
