Sakura's refinement and a CYL after-thought

I need to figure out which refinement is better for Sakura's Fear+. Wrathful upgrade lets her hit with full power, but Dazzling will keep opponents from hitting back and is especially useful against Distant Counter units. Which is the way to go?

As for the Choose Your Legend ballot, now we know why Ike's Radiant Dawn appearance couldn't be used; IS saved it for the Legendary Banner. Would make sense since out of all the Fire Emblem lords, which one can say they've slain an actual goddess?

Dazzling. The Dazzling staff skill is much harder to get than Wrathful since Bridal Lyn is a limited seasonal unit. Also, the reason why we’re not allowed to vote for Radiant Dawn Ike was because his other self already won in the previous ballot.

I actually have four Bridal Lyn, one having been built to be used. I had a fifth, but I fed her to Elise for Dazzling Staff.

I was also just making a joke about the ballot thing. XD

Ike isn't an option for the CYL voting because he won the election for last year along with Roy, Lyn and Lucina. To make things fair for Round 2, they removed these heroes in favor for new Brave Heroes.

Anyway, Bridal Lyn is less accessible compared to Genny, so all of your refined staves should be Dazzling as we won't know when Bridal Lyn will be available again or another Staff user will have it. If you have a spare Genny or two lying around, you may fodder her off for Wrath Staff.
