Sakura build

What should be the best build for a +Spd -Def Sakura? I want to invest in her, but the problem is that I have no Genny's or B!Lyn's to use both Dazzling and Wrathful Staff, so I can only pick one to refine. I also don't have Savage Blow fodder to run double SB. What would be the best build?

Well, until you get a Genny, I'd say forge Wrathful onto her, it's much more important to use than Dazzling. Slap Atk+3 (Gordin and Cherche have it at 4 stars) on to that A slot, and until you get a Genny, run a Breaker skill, I'd recommend Swordbreaker, which can be found on Abel at 4 stars. Ycan keep using fortify def as her C slot. I'd say that the best seal for her is Atk+3, or if you want to focus on doubling, Spd+3.
