Is this Saizo build worth investing in

i'm just trying to find a reason to build a dagger unit. was thinking pairing him with M corrin who would have double drive speed. is there another unit who can do this better that i'm missing, or build improvements? thinking if I pair him with corrin with drive speed x2 i can get away with wind sweep and flashing blade and then put him on aether.

its actually not that bad. I would definitely use attack smoke instead of threaten because if you are using windsweep you'll be poking the enemy a lot. And yes, M Corrin has the best single target buffing in the game.

also, any character you like is worth investing. just focus on characters strongest stats and increase them.

yeah, I agree. but the fodder required for him is very limited. but I like the build so i'll probably go through with it but only once I have 11 of him. because how the game is progressing he could possibly be completely powercreept or get a refine that won't support this type of build. I already feel like I dodged a bullet by waiting on giving harden a breath.

I know this is a late post but wouldnt windsweep counter your current a skill of CC?

I think windsweep just won't let him double on player phase, has no effect on enemy phase I think. i've actually never used it before.

It's an interesting build to say the least. I'm a bit in doubt whether his res is worth investing that much in. If you want a unit that tanks well in both def and res you generally need more BST (which sounds kind of funny because "you need more BST" sounds like an arena comment, but I'm talking sheer functionality here)

Flashing blade aether is an idea, but for that matter you may as well give Corrin infantry flash and take the close def seal or something like that. Also, you'd probably want to use special spiral with that. Aether would activate every time you double and the opponent doesn't have guard/special fighter.
