Yeah, he kinda deserves to be higher in the tier list. Since he can be very tanky.

Sad but true, being a TT reward hurts him too much, also he lacks any special skills and legendary weapon, that's why he fell this miserably.

Probably because his stat line is so much similar to Raigh's, but Raigh has access to IVs. It's why many people were calling him the "bad version of Raigh" after his stats were released.

Canas is bad because he has approximately the same statline as Arvis, but he is not a GHB unit which means he is not on rotations for Arena and does not have a preference weapon which means that he wouldn't score as well as Arvis with R Duel Infantry.

TL;DR Don't build Canas, he's a bad Arvis. And I wouldn't even recommend building Arvis as a GHB unit, despite him being very good.
