Is sacrificing S!Gaius worth it?

So my Innes is all leveled up and I'm about to start building him. I want to give him defense ploy but S!Gaius is the only unit who has it and I'm reluctant to give him up. Is it worth it or should I pick a different C-Skill (and if so what skill?)

Id say hold off for now esp if it has decent ivs. It might become available down the line.
Anything for c skill really. Theaten def for brave build or just hones for better team synergy. Maybe even breath of life for his original bow. And do some hp swaping shenanigans

Yeah I would hold off to and wait for them to put the skill on a non-limited unit. Really wish they would stop introducing all of these good skills only on limited time units or at least quickly put them on other units.

It depends on how much you like Innes. I have a S!Gaius with bad IVs and I'll use him for inheritance eventually...but I'm waiting for the right unit.
