Sacrificing Fallen Celica?

I've been pity broken 3 times while rolling for S!Tana, and Fallen Celica was my latest. She's completely neutral, and I was wondering if it would be worth it to sacrifice to my -hp +spd normal Cordelia who really needs Chill Speed to finish off her build.

If cordelia is your project, and Celica isnt and you dont see her being one, why not? Nothing she can do that other units cant

What I do is a basic cheap build on units I'm unsure of and I give them a try, and if I'm still on the fence about them then I'll scrap them if not I keep it. But anyway invest skills in characters you're gonna use and if Cordelia is more important than a fallen celica scrap the celica plus you might get another one later down the road.
