My training methods an include at least one "dancer" and a healer. Training on weekends with a Blessing will give you the most SP. It's not that hard.

I also try to make people aware of Henry's double Def/Res tanking potential. People tend to think he's only good at physical tanking, but then +Res is a superboon. He can have equal defenses and be good at both, followed by use of an Owl Tome.

I have a 5*+10 Henry and he packs 36 Def/Res. This is what your 4*+10 could look like:
