Same question I was asking the other person who asked basically the same thing: what's your current lineup of dancers?

Personal opinion but i think its worth the fodder (If you have some other dancer to use).
When you got a better IV Veronica you can merge her for the skill

Healers are the best users of the push skill, if you're not going to use Elincia then fodder her off.
If you're going to give her atk/spd push then I recommend you to give her Martyr+to get her back to full hp
