Sacred Stones!! But i'm a bit disappointed

So the new banner.. Myrrh, my favorite manakete (who i've been wanting in Heroes for a while now) is here <3 and the lovely L'arachel. What surprised me was Eirika, she just came outta nowhere with MAGIC. Like she has no magic in Sacred Stones, and anyone who has played FE8 knows she doesn't use magic even when she promotes. A bit of an odd choice, and honestly could have been better picks. Eirika looks like she got some CYL treatment. I like Eirika a lot but there could have been better choices imo as a person who loves Sacred Stones... like Ewan and Ross! Amelia is in the game but you can't add them? ;-;
Also disappointed Marisa isn't here but I've heard she's a TT reward so ill take the Crimson Flash for free :P But the biggest disappointment was no Thracia banner... it looks like Leif won't be in the game by the time a year passes, which honestly is just sad.. What are you guys thoughts, especially people who played Sacred Stones?

I agree; Having her with magic is kind of a weird choice; She and Ephraim say they have no clue how magic works during a specific plot point which i wont spoil if u havent played fe8

I've played FE8 lol I mention it in the post. Its one of my fav FE games.
but yeah honestly Eirika is kinda unnecessary. Not saying I don't like her but... they could have picked better characters

While I love Eirika, I think it was wrong of IS to release a copy this early. There are so many characters from the Sacred Stones that deserve to be in this game!

Yeah, aside from Myrrh, I'm not really interested in the banner, and even then, she's a flier who can get shot down with bows, and a green dragon that can get obliterated by a Falchion user.

Only thing I'm upset about is Hone Dragons... I'm so not ready for even more Dragon Emblem. Ugh

Ross and Ewan I would have loved. and nah we always welcome more dagger units :P Colm would have been cool.
and as for Hone Dragons it was only a matter of time they would. I knew if they were gonna release that skill it would be on Myrrh.

Agreed 100%. With Ross, I would have went nuts trying to get him. But instead, they dropped Eirika with a tome. A TOME. She doesn’t even use magic in her game! What kind of crap is this? At least the Brave heroes made sense since each of those units could actually use the weapons they were given access to. Hell, even with the summer units it made sense with Xander using an axe because he could use axes in game. But for them to do this with Eirika, my first question is why? Why do that when you could put Ross in with Garm and arguably the best BST in the game? That’s just stupid.

As for dragon emblem, I only have 2 words. BRING IT. I destroy dragon emblem regularly in arena. The only teams I absolutely hate are the ones running Reinhardt and Brave Lyn in a very movement-restricted map.

Other than Myrrh, I’m very disappointed. I probably won’t spend many orbs on this banner. I was hoping that Ross would finally drop, but IS just took a hot steamy shit on my hopes and dreams.

Well Marisa, L'Arachel, and Myrrh are all more obvious additions than Ross and Ewan, so that's a weird thing to bring up. Although it is a little weird that L'Arachel and Eirika are mages. L'Arachel can promote to Troubadour, but she should be a staff unit. This is like a reverse Lucius.

I just said Ross and Ewan considering that Amelia is in the game and I like them both as the trainees
and yeah L'Arachel not being a healer is strange, but hey, at least she isn't in colorless hell

Wait, Marisa is the Tempest Trial reward and Eirika is in the banner? :o I was hoping it would be the other way: Marisa being in the summoning and the troll Eirika, who just stole Knoll's tome, in the Tempest... Love they gave Eirika CYL treatment but it makes no sense if she comes out second time as a normal unit when she has barely anything in common with the real Eirika (unless someone abused control enemy glitch really hard. But Demon Surge would be better pick as it doesn't break and requires no magic skills ;) )
