Sacred seal quests

I just got my Virion to level 20 using two trips through Frederick's Warriors map, then used crystals to get him to 30 since I was sitting on about 250,000 of those since they're of no real value. Then I went into Training Tower 8 with a healer, Olivia, and Lancina. It took only 2 runs to complete the quest that way. He was getting buffed by 7 attack and 6 speed that way. Just replace Lancina with a different buffer based on who you have available and you should be fine.

Henry's is going to suck. Just reroll Training Tower maps until you get all-green ones, as trying to kill anything else with him is a pain.
