Sacred Seal: Hardy Bearing. What does enhancing it?

The first improvement of Hardy Bearing does not change the discription of it. Does the second one? Is it changing at all?

It’s a description error. Second stage does the same thing but at 50% health or higher instead of 100%. Stage three is always, regardless of health.
