This saber or a -atk +spd one?

I got lucky and got a second saber, but it turns out that he’s -atk +spd.
The one I am using right now is -hp (superbane) +res.
setup in image, which one should I use? is that -3 atk worth getting rid of a superbane and +3 more spd?

At 44 Atk with a bane (47 with effect) he's not killing anything; even with the added speed.

+Res, -HP is better imo.

On a shield pulse build I actually find Saber to be a relatively passive unit (i.e. he's really hard to kill, but he probably won't kill you either) so when I was pondering what I would most like to do with him (in a vacuum - I probably won't ever get him) I actually went for +spd -atk, as you can see here
