Saber +atk -res or +def -spd

+atk -res for sure. Res is important for Saber, but not as important as Atk. I would also recommend merging him, as the update coming in February will help patch up his bane when he's merged. However, if you have a specific build for a unit in mind that requires Shield Pulse, that could be a good use for him, too.
