Ryoma or Lucina?

I actually prefer Ryoma, but the overall Tier List says Lucina may be better.

My Ryoma is -HP/+Spd and my Lucina is -Def/+Spd.

Unfortunately I messed up a bit on my SP management and have to grind some SP on both of them to get the First in Slot skills together.

What do you think? Which one is better?

Ryoma > Lucina.
If you build them for
A - Life and death
B - Quick reposite
C - threaten def
S - moonbow

Is the Quick Reposte Build better than the Vantage build? 'Cause I was going for the Vantage build now, since Ryoma doesn't get one-shotted so easily and then can counterattack with a massive +7 Attack (8 with the +1 Atk Sigil) before anyone is even able to hit'em.

both vantage and quick riposte is good,
if you get attacked when at full hp quick riposite is obviously better, or if you stick a healer around .
If you keep Ryoma around to accumulate dmg, and go against many opponents, then Vantage rules.

It depends on your team composition, and how many enemies do you plan Ryoma on taking.

I'd go quick riposte because I keep around 2 mages with ardent.

Thing is I have many 5-stars i would really like to use..
I think I'll make another thread for that issue later.
I really like my Michalis and Zephiel, but it's relatively hard to use them in a useful way.. Also my Linde, Julia, Ryoma, Ninian (which has yet to be leveled), Nowi and 4-star Effie are often the better picks..

Also I have no clue on how to use my Titania

Ryoma is better because of his built in Distant Counter from his Rajinto which frees up his A slot. Only reason why Lucina is considered better slightly is because of her Falchion granting her effective damage against dragons while Ryoma struggles against them.

I like Ryoma better because I think actually countering from all distance has better value over effective damage against dragons since you're fighting back without taking damage for free. Lucina can pull this off but you're forced to give up her A slot for distant counter when that can be occupied for something else.

Not to mention that pulling more than one Hector is quite unrealistic...
I guess I'll have to grind SP with Ryoma bigtime from now on..

The Tier List currently reflects the tier list before Skill Inheritance was a thing. Post-Skill Inheritance, Ryoma is easily better than Lucina. And Pre-Skill Inheritance, the placing of Ryoma on the wiki's tier list might have been a little off.
