I finally pulled him going for a non -atk Hinoka (I have 2-atk ones,big sad) and I was thinking of a way to modernize him, wondering what you thought of the build, I know wrath and aether don't go well together, but couldn't think of a better b skill, or a 3 turn other than blue flame
Thoughts on the build?

Honestly, that build looks insanely expensive and doesn't seem like a good fit for him.

I would suggest going for Fury + Vantage for a mixed phase build or Life and Death + Desperation for a player phase build.
