Rogue Dagger refinement question

If I refine the rogue dagger+, will I.T get an AoE effect like smoke dagger? I plan to give a unit (maybe Jacob) close counter and the rogue dagger along with seal attack/speed. With this, my plan was to lower a units stats, raise my defenses, then fight in enemy phase.

The reason I wonder if I.T has AoE effects is because of so, I.T would work with attack smoke to create a full team tank/debugger similiar to femcorrin or saizo
